STI turns 34: A Grand Celebration Of Talents

Almost 20,000 senior high school and college students from STI campuses in different parts of the country gathered in a whole day celebration on September 29, 2017 at the Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna as STI marked its 34th Founding Anniversary.Due to the astounding number of students coming from key cities across Luzon to Mindanoa, the programs were simultaneously held in two venues -- the Eldar's tent and the Enchanting Events Place.

The Eldar's Tent featured the best of the best in musicality as it highlighted talent competitions such as the Battle of the Bands and the STI Singing Idol. Contestants for this event came from as far as Laoag to Zamboanga, and are winners in their own right having championed their respective local cluster competitions prior to this event. On the other hand, the Enchanting Events Place was a crowd drawer with the Hataw Sayaw, and the much awaited Mr. and Ms. STI 2017 search.

According to Ms. Aisa Hipolito, AVP for Academics of STI Education Services Group, Inc. " For 34 remarkable years of developing students' potentials through academic and extracurricular activities, STI holds true to its commitment to hone the next generation of well-rounded individuals. "

STI capped off the day on a high note with a stunnig fireworks dispaly right after the announcement of winners.
