Close Out Your 2018 with Some DOTA2 Action in MET’s Battle Arena

MET, the pioneers in esports event organization in Asia, is proud to present a new tournament for the budding DOTA2 stars of the Philippines. Prep your hero pools and strategies as the Battle Arena is set to kick off with a four-week long Qualifier stage. Filipino DOTA2 players will get the chance to fight for a spot in the online Battle Arena Finals as they compete in the Qualifier stage from November 24, 2018, to December 16, 2018. MET has teamed up with Mindshare and Pacific Esports in order to bring the absolute best tournament experience for the upcoming competitors of Battle Arena. Only the best DOTA2 squads from across the Philippines will make it out of the Qualifiers and earn the right to challenge for the Battle Arena title. If you have confidence in your skills then prepare to break your limits as the Battle Arena Qualifier looms nearer.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

 Qualifier 1: November 24-25, 2018
 Qualifier 2: December 1-2, 2018
 Qualifier 3: December 8-9, 2018
 Qualifier 4: December 15-16, 2018
 Finals: December 22, 2018

● 2nd Place: USD 200
● 3rd Place: USD 100
● 4th Place: USD 100

The tournament will kick off with the online Qualifier stage which will take place over four weekends. The 1st place finishers from each of the four Qualifiers will be the only ones eligible to advance to the online Finals stage which will be a single elimination best-of-three bracket on December 22, 2018. Absolutely anyone can join Battle Arena, making the tournament MET’s latest step towards giving amateur players and budding esports stars the chance to make a name for themselves in the competitive DOTA 2 scene. The challenge has been set, will you and your team find the courage to risk it all in an exciting five-week DOTA 2 tournament?
