Globe Telecom delivered a historic performance in 2025, posting a record ₱165.1 billion in consolidated gross service revenues for the full year—surpassing its previous high in 2024 and reinforcing its sustained growth trajectory. Despite persistent inflationary pressures and the compounded effects of severe natural calamities that disrupted connectivity and consumer activity, particularly in the fourth quarter, the company demonstrated agility and operational resilience.
Fourth-quarter consolidated gross service revenues reached an all-time high of ₱43.4 billion, reflecting a 5% quarter-on-quarter increase. Growth was fueled by stronger mobile data traffic, resilient broadband demand, and disciplined execution across business segments. The performance underscores Globe’s ability to sustain topline momentum in a competitive and challenging macroeconomic environment.
Central to this achievement was Globe’s expanding digital ecosystem. Data-related services—including mobile data, home broadband, and enterprise connectivity—accounted for 88% of total consolidated service revenues in 2025, up from 86% the previous year. This shift highlights the company’s successful pivot toward digital-first offerings that power everyday connectivity for millions of Filipinos.
The mobile segment once again led the charge, generating a record ₱116.9 billion in service revenues, slightly exceeding the ₱116.7 billion posted in 2024. Fourth-quarter mobile revenues rose 5% sequentially to ₱30.7 billion, supported by sustained data usage across prepaid and postpaid segments. Continued 5G expansion, deeper data habituation, and hyper-personalized offers strengthened customer loyalty and engagement. By year-end, Globe’s mobile subscriber base grew 8% to 65.8 million, reflecting strong brand affinity and customer acquisition.
Mobile data revenues climbed to ₱101.2 billion, up 4% year-on-year, driven by effective monetization strategies and rising engagement in streaming, digital content, and cashless platforms. Total mobile data traffic reached 6,614 petabytes, a 4% increase from 2024, affirming Globe’s ability to extract greater value per gigabyte consumed. Mobile data now contributes 87% of total mobile service revenues, signaling the accelerating shift toward data-centric lifestyles.
Meanwhile, Globe At Home broadband generated ₱24.0 billion in revenues, up 1% year-on-year, as fiber adoption offset declines in legacy fixed wireless services. Overall, Globe’s 2025 results reflect a company firmly positioned at the forefront of digital transformation, navigating headwinds while sustaining record-breaking growth.
