In an exciting revelation during the ESO 2024 Global Reveal, ZeniMax Online Studios showcased the highly anticipated Chapter for The Elder Scrolls Online – "Gold Road." Set to launch on June 3 for PC/Mac and June 18 on Xbox and PlayStation consoles, this new chapter promises 30 hours of gripping main quest content, featuring a storyline with never-before-seen characters and revisiting zones last seen in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
Embarking on the Gold Road adventure, players are thrust into a world where they must investigate Ithelia, a Daedric Prince never before encountered in the Elder Scrolls series. The story unfolds with players uncovering the schemes of Ithelia's devoted followers and defending the people of West Weald from the chaos brought on by the return of the Forgotten Prince.
As part of the Gold Road Chapter, players can explore two new zones, confront new enemies, and engage with a brand-new system – Scribing. This innovative addition allows players to collect and customize unique skills, providing a level of customization never seen before in ESO. With Scribing, players can tailor their character's playstyle by editing primary, secondary, and tertiary effects, offering a truly personalized gaming experience.
