At this year’s NXT BLD event, Lenovo unveiled its latest innovation in high-performance computing with a new lineup of Lenovo Workstation Solutions and enhanced ThinkStation desktop workstations. Designed for power users such as engineers, architects, data scientists, and creatives, these purpose-built solutions aim to streamline workflows, maximize performance, and deliver cost-effective results.
With the philosophy of “Your Workflow, Perfected,” Lenovo's Workstation Solutions go beyond hardware by offering scalable, secure, and expertly curated blueprints developed through real-world user research. These blueprints combine Lenovo ThinkStation and ThinkPad P Series workstations with the latest Intel® and AMD® processors, NVIDIA RTX PRO GPUs, and ISV-certified software—targeting three key areas: flexible remote access, AI development, and spatial computing.
A standout among the new offerings is Lenovo Access, the first in the series of Lenovo Workstation Solutions. It delivers high-performance, remote workstation capabilities using a full stack of Lenovo hardware and software. At its core is the ThinkStation P3 Ultra Small Form Factor (SFF)—a compact yet powerful workstation that leverages Mechdyne TGX remote graphics, NVIDIA RTX 4000 GPUs, and up to 128GB of memory. It provides 1:1 CPU access and real-time, responsive collaboration capabilities ideal for distributed teams.
Lenovo also introduced updated models of its ThinkStation P2 and P3 workstations, tailored to meet a wide range of professional needs. These include:
-
P3 Tower Gen 2: Built for AI-optimized workflows, with Intel Core Ultra processors, up to RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell graphics, and enhanced memory and storage.
-
P3 Ultra SFF Gen 2: A compact powerhouse offering PCIe Gen 5, up to 128GB DDR5 memory, and advanced remote monitoring.
-
P3 Tiny Gen 2: A remarkably small yet robust system supporting AI tasks, up to six displays, and WiFi 7.
-
P2 Tower Gen 2: A performance-focused entry-level solution ideal for CAD, design, and education.
These systems reflect Lenovo’s ongoing mission to empower professionals with the tools they need to innovate, design, and work from anywhere.
