TM Celebrates 25 Years with More Sulit, Rewards and Tuwa 2GEDER

For 25 years, TM has been part of the everyday diskarte of Filipinos, helping them stay connected, make every peso count, and share moments with the people who matter. As it marks this milestone, TM is bringing Ka-TeaMs more everyday value, useful rewards, and experiences they can enjoy together.

At the Globe Q3 Blueprint, TM Senior Director Bea Lacson unveiled 2GEDER 5EVER, a nationwide, year-long celebration of TM’s 25th anniversary. The campaign brings together practical support, rewards, and shared experiences across digital, retail, and on-ground touchpoints.

“Being part of TM should come with more ways to celebrate, more everyday support, and more moments to enjoy together,” Lacson said. “Twenty-five years is a journey we could only have made together.”

Part of that journey is staying close to the everyday needs of Ka-TeaMs. TM Rewards Points as Cash is expanding to cover essentials such as groceries and fuel, while Emergency Loans through SMS and Facebook for a ₱1 service fee offer added support when unexpected expenses come up.

The anniversary also brings something extra throughout the year. Starting this September, every eligible TM promo registration comes with a TM 25th Freebie, giving customers one day of FREE unlimited access to TikTok and Facebook. Partner flash deals will also be available on the GlobeOne app every 25th of the month.

These offers extend beyond GlobeOne to SMS, Facebook, retail, and partner channels, reaching Ka-TeaMs across the different ways they engage with TM. From stretching the daily budget to enjoying a well-earned treat, the benefits reflect the different moments and needs that shape everyday life.

The tuwa also reaches communities nationwide through TM Caravans, with games, activities, and prizes leading up to the TM TeaM Fair Concert on September 12. TM ambassadors SB19 and Jayat will lead the celebration, joined by guest artists Janine Berdin and local bands, bringing music and the Ka-TeaM community together for a milestone 25 years in the making.

“2Geder with our Ka-TeaMs, we’ll celebrate 25 years of tatag and tuwa,” Lacson said. The milestone reflects a journey shared with a community that has grown with TM through everyday wins, challenges, and moments worth celebrating.

Through 2GEDER 5EVER, TM’s 25th year looks back on that shared journey while staying rooted in what matters to Ka-TeaMs today. As TM moves into its next chapter, it continues alongside the people who made the first 25 years possible, with more ways to stay connected, find value in the everyday, and enjoy life 2GEDER. Globe Restores Services Across Southern Mindanao Following Magnitude 7.8 Earthquake

Globe has successfully restored telecommunications services in 31 out of the 32 municipalities affected by the recent magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Southern Mindanao, demonstrating its commitment to keeping communities connected during times of crisis.

The telecommunications provider reported that full service restoration has already been achieved in several provinces and regions, including Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga del Norte, South Cotabato, Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, Sultan Kudarat, and Sarangani. This rapid recovery effort has helped residents reconnect with loved ones, access critical information, and coordinate relief and recovery activities in the aftermath of the powerful earthquake.

Globe continues to work around the clock to restore services in the remaining affected municipality. Restoration teams remain actively deployed in the area, particularly in locations where ongoing commercial power interruptions continue to affect telecommunications facilities and network operations.

To support affected residents, Globe immediately activated its Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging, at Libreng Wi-Fi (LTLCLW) stations in General Santos City. These free communication hubs provide essential services, allowing residents to make calls, charge their mobile devices, and access internet connectivity during the emergency situation.

As part of its #AlagangGlobe disaster response program, the company also rolled out free satellite connectivity support in South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and Sarangani. The initiative includes free satellite-based data and SMS services for eligible customers in areas where traditional communication infrastructure may have been disrupted by the earthquake.

Beyond restoring connectivity, Globe is also extending humanitarian assistance to affected communities. Through its partnership with Ayala Foundation, the company has already distributed initial relief assistance to residents impacted by the disaster. Additional support is on the way, with plans to deploy 1,300 more relief packs beginning June 16.

The distribution effort will be carried out through the #BrigadangAyala program and in partnership with WAABC Davao, helping ensure that aid reaches communities that have been heavily affected by the earthquake. These relief packs are expected to provide essential supplies to families as they begin the process of recovery and rebuilding.

Globe's comprehensive response highlights the critical role telecommunications companies play during emergencies. By restoring network services, providing free connectivity solutions, and supporting relief operations, the company continues to help affected communities stay connected and resilient during one of Southern Mindanao's most challenging times.

As recovery efforts continue, Globe remains committed to ensuring reliable communication services and extending assistance to those who need it most.

The Juans and Matthaios use their PAWER TO EXTEND good vibes to Karaoke-goers

Now that singing in karaoke bars is allowed again, it’s exciting to belt out those winning notes together with friends and family. But when the waiter says time is up, all we wish is to extend the fun. Good thing, TM Ambassadors, The Juans and Matthaios, used their PAWER TO EXTEND the karaoke sessions of their fans, giving them extended moments of music and good vibes.

It was a lucky day for this barkada karaoke with the TM Extendables, made up of The Juans and Matthaios, who surprised them not only with extended time to sing their hearts out but a rare opportunity to sing along with their favorite artists!

They thought it was only a regular kantahan session, but to their surprise, hugot pop-rock band, The Juans, and one of the hottest rappers of his generation, Matthaios, were their undercover waiters-turned-superheroes just waiting to save the day with the pawer to extend some good vibes.

Chael and Japs hope to extend help to their fans in need.

Meanwhile, if he also has the pawer to extend, Matthaios also wishes to extend more years of his life, so he has more time to make music for his fans.
