As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries worldwide, many businesses are still struggling to move from AI discussions to real-world implementation. To help bridge this gap, Geeks On A Beach (GOAB) and Symph.co are launching the AI Implementation Masterclass: Bridging the Gap from Strategy to Execution on May 22, 2026, in Makati City.
The event is designed to help organizations move beyond AI hype and focus on practical execution. Unlike traditional conferences that concentrate on theories and trends, this five-hour intensive workshop will guide participants through actionable frameworks, live strategy sessions, and implementation planning that can be immediately applied to their businesses.
Leading the masterclass is Tim Santos, a globally recognized AI practitioner based in London. Santos currently serves as Director of Product at Graphcore, a leading innovator in AI hardware and advanced chip technology. As a UK-based Filipino and lead author of the Philippine AI Report 2025, Santos brings both international expertise and deep local insight into the evolving AI landscape in the Philippines.
According to Santos, implementing AI in the Philippines requires a localized approach rather than simply copying strategies from Silicon Valley. Drawing insights from 175 Philippine organizations included in the Philippine AI Report 2025, he aims to help Filipino businesses maximize AI adoption while building sustainable systems suited to the country’s unique business environment.
The masterclass will feature a structured three-phase sprint designed to provide participants with a clear roadmap toward AI adoption. The first phase will examine data-driven findings from the Philippine AI Report 2025 to better understand the local landscape. The second phase will involve a live strategy sprint using Large Language Models (LLMs) and proven frameworks to identify high-return AI use cases. Finally, participants will develop a practical 30-60-90-day roadmap that organizations can immediately execute after the workshop.
The organizers are encouraging “Strategic Duos” to attend the event. These pairs consist of a business decision-maker, such as a CEO or founder, alongside a technical executor, such as a CTO or product lead. This approach ensures that AI strategies are aligned both commercially and technically.
The masterclass will take place at Zero-Ten Park Manila Makati, a Japanese-founded co-working space located at the Frabelle Business Center in Legazpi Village, Makati City. Following the workshop, Santos will also conduct two exclusive 90-minute private advisory sessions for selected companies seeking deeper guidance on their AI strategies.
