Concluding this quarter’s Forever Enchanted Summer campaign on a high note, EK brought to life a series of seasonal activities and pop-up experiences that created even more quality bonding moments for families and communities throughout the month.

The festivities kicked off with Magic of EKquality: A Celebration of Pride Talents, which showcased world-class Filipino talent through performances by exceptional members of the LGBTQIA+ community last June 7, 13, and 14 at the Bandstand.

Enchanted Kingdom Continues to Champion Education and Sustainability in Its 12th Year of Supporting Brigada Eskwela

Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, reaffirmed its longstanding partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) in its 12th year of supporting Brigada Eskwela through the turnover of its 15th adopted kindergarten classroom to Sinalhan Elementary School in Santa Rosa, Laguna, on June 5.

Brigada Eskwela is an annual nationwide school maintenance program that mobilizes stakeholders to contribute their time, efforts, and resources in ensuring all public schools are prepared for the opening of classes. This year’s theme is “Bayanihan Para sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa Para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman,” which also aligns with EK’s Education Program that aims to provide a fun, safe, and magical learning environment for students.

As part of this initiative, EK tapped its maintenance team to repair and upgrade the adopted classroom’s fixtures, while artists turned the walls into a vibrant mural featuring its Storyverse characters and the rich biodiversity of the Philippines, including some of the endemic species highlighted in its award-winning attraction, AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY. The mural also highlighted EK’s five core values and ways to promote environmental responsibility among young learners.

In addition to this, the Santa Rosa-based theme park revitalized the school garden, Taniman Para sa Paaralan, where they cultivated a variety of vegetables and ornamental plants.

EK Chairman and President Cesar Mario O. Mamon expressed EK’s push to expand their reach in Brigada Eswela and deliver more enchanting and educational experiences through sustained partnerships and community engagement.

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, opened its magical gates to cats, dogs, pet owners, and animal lovers for a pet-inclusive one-day Furever Enchanted Ogg’s Pets Day event held last April 26.

As part of this quarter’s Forever Enchanted Summer campaign, the theme park celebrated the bond between pets and owners while promoting animal welfare through fun activities and surprises, all prepared especially for dogs, cats, and their human companions by EK’s beloved character, Ogg the Guard.

The festivities kicked off at the Enchanting Events Place (EEP) Foyer with learning sessions on basic obedience training, pet health and safety, responsible ownership, and animal bite awareness, led by speakers from the Santa Rosa City Veterinary Office, Animal Bite Center, and the dog training institution Canine Connections. Volunteers from the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) were also present to support the event.

EK also partnered with Calamba City-based animal rescue organization, Second Chance Aspin Shelter Philippines Incorporated (SECASPI), to host an on-site pet adoption drive, allowing rescued cats and dogs to find loving homes among event participants forever.

Pets and their furparents had a magical time bonding at Ogg’s Paw Ville, located at the Agila Grounds. Enchanted Kingdom Celebrates the Return of Its Legendary Wheel of Fate With Magic and Nostalgia

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, proudly celebrated the official return of its legendary ride, the Wheel of Fate, as the highlight of The Legend Shines Again campaign last March 21.

Following the theme park’s successful 30th anniversary celebration last October, its signature ferris wheel ride took a four-month break to make way for enhancements, which include a fresh thematic look, smoother ride experience, and updated ride system technology.

This is part of EK’s ongoing revitalization of its existing facilities and iconic rides to ensure that their longevity and legacy can be sustained for the years to come.

Regarded as one of the longest-standing rides of its kind in the country, the Wheel of Fate has been bringing magical experiences to countless Filipinos since EK opened its gates in 1995. It eventually grew into a crowd favorite among its multigenerational guests, especially with families and friends.

This towering ride lifts guests 130 feet above the ground, showcasing the breathtaking view of its home city, Santa Rosa. Aside from this, it also elevates the EK experience by illuminating the whole park, especially at night.

The Legend Shines Again! Wheel of Fate Relaunch

The official relaunch of the Wheel of Fate on March 21 featured spectacular performances, with EK’s very own P-pop girl group SMS launching their new song, The Legend Shines Again, and OPM band The Bloomfields serenading the crowd with timeless hits.

The cast of Viva One’s My Husband is a Mafia Boss also made a special appearance to unveil the show’s photobooth installation. Enchanted Kingdom’s COO Takes Oath as President of Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.

Now in its 30th year, Enchanted Kingdom — the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines — continues to be one of the lead advocates for local industry development, following the recent induction of its Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Cynthia R. Mamon, Ph.D., as the president of the PCCI-Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (LCCI).

The induction ceremony of newly elected LCCI officers was held on February 16 at Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna, led by Area Vice President Hoover Picar and Regional Governor Mary Ann Katigbak.

In acceptance of this role, Mrs. Mamon said, “We are committed to focus on Livelihood and labor concerns, Corporate sustainability, Community empowerment, and Innovation with integrity. These four principles support the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) South Luzon’s guiding principles as presented by AVP Hoover Picar, namely Volunteerism, Excellence, Service, and Integrity (VESI). Through these, we look forward to transforming the lives of the people working for our companies and the communities we serve.”

Celebrating its 50th anniversary, LCCI is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization, comprised of Laguna-based small, medium, and large enterprises, dedicated to fostering a stronger, sustainable local economy and promoting growth, resilience, and competitiveness of the business community in the province.

Mrs. Mamon was also reelected as the president of the Laguna Tourism Council (LTC), officially assuming the new term together with the other newly elected LTC officers during the oath-taking ceremony administered by Governor Sol Aragones last January 22 in Santa Cruz, Laguna.

LTC is a provincial multi-sectoral body composed of representatives from various government and private organizations, serving as one of the main drivers in developing Laguna into a premier tourism destination in the Philippines.

Under Dr. Mamon’s leadership, ever since she stepped into the role in 2023, LTC has been working closely with the provincial government of Laguna, along with other local offices and non-government organizations across the country in promoting tourism, culture, heritage, and the arts to both domestic and foreign audiences.

Now in its 30th year, Enchanted Kingdom (EK) was hailed as the Best ASEAN New Tourism Attraction for its unique flying theater, AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY as awarded by the ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA).

The award was received by EK Chairman and President Mr. Cesar Mario O. Mamon together with Chief Operating Officer Dr. Cynthia R. Mamon, during the 35th ASEANTA Excellence Awards held last January 27, at JPark Island Resorts and Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu.

Enchanted Kingdom Welcomes Christmas With Its Enchanting Season of Family Campaign

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, invites Filipinos to experience even more magic during the holidays with the launch of its Enchanting Season of Family campaign this December.

As part of EK’s 30th anniversary, this year’s campaign highlights the family as the heart of every Filipino’s Christmas tradition. Apart from its over 30 rides and attractions, the month-long festivities offer exciting holiday experiences, including new seasonal shows, festive displays, and breathtaking spectacles that will allow countless Filipino families to create even more forever enchanting memories together.

The magical pre-Christmas event on November 29 set the festive mood through the carol performances by invited guests and the choir. This magical celebration was also graced by the presence of Santa Rosa City Vice Mayor Arnold B. Arcillas, who encouraged everyone to embrace hope and joy this holiday season.

Park guests had a magical time singing their favorite Yuletide carols, trying out exciting activities, and winning enchanting prizes at the Caroloke Christmas Caravan, a special holiday truck brought by Coca-Cola at the Spaceport Grounds.

EK Storyverse characters joined in the festivities as they greeted guests in front of Eldar’s Theater before the annual lighting of EK’s 22-foot Grand Parol. Aside from this, 100 other colorful parols lit up the AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY.

EK also introduced Eldar’s Evergreen Topiary, a never-before-seen greenery installation featuring the iconic figure of EK’s jolly and wise wizard. Set to become a year-round attraction, this one-of-a-kind display is a part of EK’s ongoing efforts to create magical and sustainable experiences at the Park, especially during seasonal celebrations.

Eldar the Wizard topped off the night with the Forever Enchanted Fireworks Show, synchronized to the tune of EK’s 30th anniversary theme song written and sung by the theme park’s homegrown P-pop girl group, SMS.

Enchanted Kingdom Celebrates 11 Years of Supporting Brigada Eskwela

Enchanted Kingdom, the country’s first and only world-class theme park, marked its 11th year of participation in the Department of Education’s Brigada Eskwela program by turning over two adopted kindergarten classrooms to Caingin Elementary School in Santa Rosa, Laguna. This is part of EK’s School of Enchantment program, which aims to provide fun and unique learning experiences by blending entertainment and education.

Brigada Eskwela is a nationwide school maintenance program that engages all education stakeholders to contribute their time, efforts, and resources in ensuring all public schools are set in time for class opening. This year’s theme is “Sama-sama Para sa Bayang Bumabasa.”

Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, this is the 11th year that EK is supporting the said program in line with its commitment to nation-building and education. Since 2012, EK has turned over a total of 14 refurbished kindergarten classrooms in nearby schools, ensuring that students have access to fun, safe, and magical learning environments.

The premier theme park’s very own maintenance personnel repaired and upgraded the lighting and electrical system of the classrooms, as well as added furniture and shelves, while their visual artists brightened the atmosphere by painting EK’s beloved characters and core values into the classroom walls.

EK President and Chairman Cesar Mario Mamon expressed their commitment not only to expand their reach for Brigada Eskwela, but also to bring even more magical and educational experiences that go beyond the four corners of the classroom.

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines, officially welcomed its newest family thrill ride, EKlipse, with an enchanting and immersive launch event this March 30.

As one of EK’s inaugural gifts for its 30th anniversary this 2025, EKlipse offers an exciting new adventure for Filipinos, marking the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. Guests will enjoy the heart-pounding thrill aboard this ride with its unpredictable rotating movement and the visual illusion it creates every time its arms pass each other.

Catering even to pre-teens and teenagers, this newest attraction is sure to foster even more shared experiences and create enchanting memories for EK’s multi-generational guests with their loved ones.

EKlipse Grand Launch

The EKlipse Grand Launch featured spectacular performances from rising P-pop group GAT, The Clash Season 6 grand champion Naya Ambi, and up-and-coming Filipino boy group AJAA.

EK’s very own P-pop group, SMS, also captivated the audience with their newly released single, Meant 2 Shine, along with their latest music, the theme song of EKlipse. This song supplements the overall experience of the new ride, as it plays throughout its entire cycle.

The enchanting celebration was graced by Santa Rosa City Vice Mayor Arnold Arcillas who joined in the symbolic unveiling of the ride marquee, together with EK President and Chairman Cesar Mario Mamon; Chief Operating Officer Cynthia Mamon; Head of Integrated Marketing, and Organization Development and Corporate Planning Nico Mamon; Eldar the Wizard; and twin princesses Victoria and Madeline.

When the marquee was revealed, EKlipse suddenly came to life, setting off a dazzling display of dancing lights that highlighted the ride’s visual appeal, especially at night.

Adding a magical twist to EK’s classic tradition, the night was topped off by the Sky Wizardry Fireworks Display featuring the vibrant colors of EKlipse.

As a special treat, Eldar the Wizard also extended the park’s operating hours on Sunday to give the guests more chances to try the family thrill ride as well as EK’s other attractions.

The introduction of EKlipse exemplifies the theme park’s continuous pursuit in bringing new world-class and enchanting experiences for all Filipinos.

The Inspirational Man Behind EK’s Magic

EK also announced that its president and chairman, Cesar Mario Mamon, won the highly-coveted Inspiration Award in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Region, as revealed by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) last March 25.

He is notably the first Filipino to ever receive this recognition from the premier global attractions trade association.

Through this prestigious award, IAAPA honors the visionary individuals who championed innovation in the amusement parks and attractions industry in their respective areas.

Currently in his third decade in the integrated attractions industry, Mr. Mamon has made a long-lasting mark not only in the country but also in Asia.

Aside from being the founder of the leading theme park in the Philippines, he served as the chairman of IAAPA in 2013, making him the first Asian to be elected for this esteemed role. Later, he became the founding head of the Philippine Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (PhilAAPA).

Mr. Mamon is set to receive the Inspiration Award at the IAAPA Honors 2025 which will be held in Germany from April 28 to 30.
